Overview

Project start date: 01.10.2024
Project end date: 30.09.2026

The integration of AI into communication, culture, and ethics makes its inclusion in humanities education essential. AI shapes public discourse, automates content, and raises ethical challenges, requiring critical analysis. Understanding AI equips students with skills to assess bias, socio-political impacts, and digital transformations while enhancing research and creative methodologies. Taking this into account, TrustAI project focuses on the development of training courses in AI for HE students and lecturers in humanitarian fields that will equip them with a wide array of skills that will cover not only the pure technical use of AI but also focus on its implications on ethics, liability and the environment.

Erasmus+ Enriching lives, opening minds

Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.

It has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion. The 2021-2027 programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life. It supports priorities and activities set out in the European Education Area, Digital Education Action Plan and the European Skills Agenda. The programme also supports the European Pillar of Social Rights, implements the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 and develops the European dimension in sport.
