Transformative Research Awaits

The MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2023 call is now open and the deadline for applying is 13th of September. It represents a remarkable opportunity for young researchers to bolster their careers and explore the frontiers of knowledge. If you hold a PhD and aspire to expand your horizons through advanced training, international mobility, and interdisciplinary research, this fellowship is just for you! This scheme aims to break the barriers between academia and the non-academic sector. Researchers are encouraged to venture into research and innovation projects beyond the traditional academic boundaries, where their ideas can ignite real-world impact. Applications can be jointly made by the researcher and a beneficiary in either the academic or non-academic sector, fostering collaborative efforts towards a brighter future. There are two distinctive fellowship paths:
  • – European Postdoctoral Fellowships: Embrace a dynamic experience by engaging in Research & Innovation projects either by coming to Europe from anywhere in the world or moving within Europe. The standard duration of these fellowships ranges from 12 to 24 months.
  • – Global Postdoctoral Fellowships: For European nationals or long-term residents seeking global exposure, these fellowships allow you to collaborate with organizations outside EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Experience an outgoing phase of 12 to 24 months in a non-associated Third Country, followed by a mandatory 12-month return phase to a host organization in an EU Member State or a Horizon Europe Associated Country.
Specific eligibility conditions also apply to MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships in the research areas covered by the Euratom Research and Training Programme 2021-2025.
