On the 25th of September ACTA Foundation joined partners of the BestAI Project in Italy for an insightful transnational meeting hosted by ENAIP Veneto. The gathering brought together educators, trainers, and innovation experts from across Europe, united by a shared goal — to explore how Artificial Intelligence can enhance vocational education and training and drive positive social impact.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in collaborative sessions and hands-on workshop focused on the future of AI in VET. The discussions revolved around how AI can empower trainers, transform teaching methodologies, and support the development of digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills.

One of the highlights – the interactive workshop for VET trainers, found VET trainers reflecting on their current AI knowledge and identified new areas for growth and much needed areas for upskilling. Trainers also took part in designing personalized action plans outlining how they could integrate AI tools and concepts into their learning environments better and with more efficiency and confidence. The discussions that took place among the trainers and the consortium were both reflective and forward-thinking.

The meeting concluded with a strong sense of shared purpose: to unlock AI’s potential for social impact and ensure VET systems remain responsive to Europe’s digital and social transitions.

As an active partner, ACTA continues to contribute its expertise to the development of innovative, inclusive, and future-ready training solutions that empower educators and learners alike within the project context and beyond.
